Regional HR Business Partner, West Midlands C50,000 - 55,000 per annum, plus car allowance Were working with a private equity-backed, multi-site organisation in the West Midlands, currently experiencing significant growth and transformation. As they continue to scale, theyre looking to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner to play a key role in both strategic HR planning and day-to-day operational support across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, change-driven environments ideally from sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, or utilities. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner, supporting their development in alignment with the wider HR strategy Influence, coach, and mentor managers in the application of HR frameworks, policies, and employment legislation Drive a high-performance culture through the implementation of robust performance and talent processes Support, facilitate, and embed Group HR initiatives locally/divisionally to ensure consistent, effective delivery Build strong, credible relationships across the business to support both strategic and operational people priorities Act as a role model for best practice, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and people development What Were Looking For Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a multi-site organisation. Strong operational grounding with the confidence to operate strategically. Sector experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or utilities is highly desirable. Comfortable working in a private equity-backed or high-growth setting. Confident, hands-on, and commercially focused. Willingness to travel regionally (car or car allowance provided).
