Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

We are currently partnering with a Local Government organisation in the West Midlands , who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to on an initial 3-month locum basis. They are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, and can offer remote working, and a rate of circa 50 - 60 p/hour via an Umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial property matters within Local Government. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, licences, rent reviews and related agreements Providing confident, pragmatic advice directly to clients Acting with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision Supporting clients with clear guidance and a hands-on, practical approach Bringing strong communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and manage client expectations effectively Experience required: Experience required in Local Government Experience managing complex commercial property matters Working hours: Open to both full-time and part-time applicants Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
