Finance Manager | Marketplace Start up £60/65k plus bonus | LondonTalentEdge are partnered with an exciting and high growth Marketplace start up who are searching for a Finance Manager to join their brilliant team on a permanent basis.This a hugely exciting opportunity for someone newly qualified at this level ideally with experience in a fast paced start-up environment or coming from practice/outsourced accounts background.ResponsibilitiesOwnerships of the day-to-day financial and accounting operations; including month-end reportingFull oversight and management of the AP / AR functions.Control of all compliance and tax for companyIdentifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and implementing tools/ systems for continual improvementPreparation of the weekly cash position and monthly cashflow statementRun the weekly and monthly payroll for the company.Assist in the annual accounts preparation and auditOversight of a high functioning teamThe person:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)Collaborative, personable and able to communication effectively with non-financial business partnersProblem solver, adaptable to change, and ability to execute quicklyAmbitious and willing to learn fast in a small but growing start-upsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce work at a high level of accuracy
