In this role, you will work across multiple concurrent projects, contributing to Human Factors Engineering (HFE) documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and usability standards. You will play a key role in new product development, with a strong focus on formative studies, risk management, and user-centered design. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human factors or usability engineering, hands-on experience with medical devices, and a proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments. Occasional travel may be required to support user research and validation activities.
