The placements we offer provide a varied and tangible learning experience that can be applied to roles in the future and support the university learning experience.Location: 36 Dover St / Hammersmith, London Placement: 12-month placement, with the anticipated start date of September 2025 Role OverviewAs Retail Administration Intern in our flagship store, you will provide vital support tostore leadership and the wider retail operations team. You will act as a bridge between front-of-house teams and head office, ensuring seamless processes and high operational standards. The one year internship involves a blend of in-store presence and office-based work, requiring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and an excellent eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Administrative SupportMaintain and update store documents, files, and databasesAssist in stock management processes (receipts, transfers, RTVs, stock takes)Support scheduling, rotations, and holiday planning in alignment with payrollProcess store expenses, invoices, petty cash, and liaise with financeManage after sales service repairs liaising with the key stakeholdersStore Compliance & StandardsCoordinate store maintenance and ensure health'safety checks are completedSupport execution of VM guidelines and seasonal campaigns from HQMaintain brand standards in both front and back-of-house areasCommunication & LiaisonSupport training administration: booking sessions, tracking completionOrganise store meetings and prepare meeting notes when requiredManage and maintain client appointment calendarTeam SupportProvide operational support to Store Manager and wider leadershipAssist with onboarding of new hires,employee documentation and induction processesSupport recruitment administration in partnership with HRProfile & Skills RequiredPrevious experience internship in retail administration, store operations, or retail would be a plusHighly organised with excellent time managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with data handling, reporting and systems(Excel, workforce management software)Proactive and adaptable, with attention to detailA collaborative team player able to work both in-store and in-office settingsPassion for retail, operations and delivering an exceptional store environmentPlease ensure you have fully read and understood the requirements before applying for this position.
