Temporary Receptionist – West MidlandsClient of Elite PersonnelAbout the RoleWe are seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s teams in the West Midlands area.This role is based on the front of house, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering a warm welcome, maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, and providing first-class support to the wider team.Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous mannerOffering refreshments and ensuring hospitality areas are fully stockedKeeping the reception area clean and presentable at all timesRefilling tea, coffee, milk, and other suppliesEmptying and loading the dishwasherAssisting colleagues with ad hoc tasks as requiredEnsuring high standards of customer care at all timesRequirementsPrevious experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house role preferredSmart business attire is essential (blazer, shirt/jacket, trousers, black & white business shoes – no trainers, sandals, or flip-flops)Ability to work flexible hours, including odd weekdays and weekendsIdeally have access to your own transport due to the locationProfessional, reliable, and well-presented with excellent communication skillsPay & Benefits£12.21 per hour – paid weekly via Elite PersonnelEnrolment into our company pension scheme20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata)Supportive team environmentStart DateImmediate start availableHow to ApplyIf you are available immediately and have the skills and experience to deliver an excellent reception service, we’d love to hear from you.
