What will your day to day look like?You'll be managing the full sales process for the portfolio, implementing sales strategies tailored to your territory. Building relationships with senior stakeholders in clinical environments will give you the credibility to influence key decisions and shape growth for the business. Youll also be providing coaching and management to a sales team with the aim of creating a high-performance culture youll enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your team grow under your leadership.An average week might include:Managing full sales processes for an orthopaedics portfolioSelling into private and NHS hospitalsImplementing sales strategies tailored for your regionCoaching and mentoring your sales team to drive performanceMentoring new team members on a structured pathwayBuilding and reporting on your sales pipeline/forecastWhat youll needOver 10 years of medical device sales, ideally in OrthopaedicsA strong track record of growing market share and securing new businessAbility to build relationships with a variety of clinical and non-clinical customersAn understanding of how to manage and coach a team to successWillingness to travel across your territory up to 50% of the timeThink this could be your next role?Then wed love to hear from you!
