Job Description We are currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands that is looking to appoint an experienced Class 2A-F Registered Building Inspector to support their busy Building Control service on an initial 6-month contract. They are happy to wait for the right candidate if you have a bigger notice period. The Role:Managing a mixed caseload of domestic and commercial developments.Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Building Regulations.Providing professional technical advice to applicants, developers, and members of the public.Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of customer service.They are looking to pay 55-70 per hour (OUTSIDE of IR35) and can offer flexible working.
