Your core responsibilities will include:Overall accountability for the manufacturing strategy, and KPIs.Ensuring the Health and Safety of your teamManaging Food Safety and Hygiene standardsHaving in-depth knowledge of all equipment and machineryProviding training and development for your teamWe are looking for an experienced and influential leader who possesses a strategic mindset and understands the balance between people and processes.
