Job DescriptionExperienced Commercial Paralegal West Midlands | 35k + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)Are you a commercial paralegal with at least 12 months of hands-on experience? About the Role: Youll work closely with experienced commercial lawyers on a broad range of high-quality work, including:Drafting and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts (T&Cs, supply agreements, NDAs, collaboration agreements, etc.)Providing support across areas such as marketing, disputes, IP, technology projects, and general legal advisoryInvolvement in international work, R&D, and commercial strategyThis is a brilliant grounding in commercial law ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to deepen their experience in a highly regarded in-house team.
