Job Description A leading property asset management business is seeking a dynamic HR Director to shape, elevate, and deliver a people strategy that supports our ambitious growth plans. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic leadership with handson operational delivery, ensuring our people, culture, and capability remain at the heart of our success.The HR Director will lead the full HR function, partnering closely with the Executive Team to design and implement a people strategy that supports a highperformance, valuesdriven culture. You will oversee all aspects of HR including organisational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, reward, performance, and leadership development.This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a fastpaced, evolving environment and enjoys balancing longterm strategic planning with daytoday operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and deliver a forwardthinking people strategy aligned to business growth and longterm organisational goals. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all peoplerelated matters. Lead organisational design initiatives to support scalability, capability, and operational efficiency. Drive cultural development, employee engagement, and leadership capability across the business. Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development frameworks.Operational ExcellenceLead the HR team to deliver highquality, compliant, and efficient HR operations. Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring risk is mitigated and outcomes are fair and commercially sound. Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across property, asset management, and corporate functions. Ensure HR policies, processes, and systems are modern, compliant, and fit for purpose. Lead on compensation, benefits, and performance management cycles. Champion best practice across diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee experience.About YouProven experience as a senior HR leader, ideally within property, real estate, asset management, or a related commercial sector. Strong blend of strategic thinking and handson operational delivery. Demonstrable experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change. Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Commercially astute, datadriven, and confident in making informed decisions. A collaborative, peoplecentred leader with the ability to inspire and develop highperforming teams.
