Reliability Engineer

Job Description West Midlands | UK & Ireland travel | Food Manufacturing / FMCGA growing engineering support organisation is looking for a Reliability Engineer to help deliver asset care and reliability improvement programmes across major food manufacturing sites.Youll work closely with site leadership and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, maintenance strategy and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) across high-volume production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead asset care and reliability improvement programmes across multiple sitesImplement reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMECA and Root Cause AnalysisCoach and support site engineering teamsImprove MTBF, MTTR, maintenance compliance and equipment performanceSupport adoption of CMMS and condition monitoring toolsTrack and report reliability KPIsWhat Were Looking ForExperience as a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Asset Care specialistBackground within FMCG or food manufacturingKnowledge of RCM, TPM, FMECA or RCAStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel 23 days per weekWhy Apply?
