Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where technical excellence meets commercial awareness?If so, we want to hear from you.Youll take ownership of BMS projects across their full lifecycle from design and specification, through tendering and commercial review, to project delivery and handover.Working within a multi-disciplinary environment, youll lead on controls design, manage subcontractors, support work-winning teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.What Youll Be DoingLeading solution design, surveys, audits and BMS specificationsProducing accurate, compliant and costed controls designsManaging subcontractors and third-party specialistsSupporting tenders with clear, competitive proposalsCoordinating with MEP consultants and internal teamsOverseeing commissioning, witnessing, and client handoverEnsuring compliance with CIBSE, BSRIA, CDM and electrical safety regulationsActing as the key interface between client, designers, subcontractors and IT teamsYoull play a pivotal role in delivering major upgrades, refurbishments, and new-build projects ensuring seamless integration of control systems into a common head end.What Were Looking ForProven experience delivering BMS/controls projects in multi-disciplinary teamsStrong client-facing and subcontractor management skillsExperience in costed design, tendering and commercial evaluationKnowledge of control networks, remote communications and system integrationCommissioning and/or maintenance experienceSolid understanding of industry regulations and safety standardsWhy Join Us?Youll be part of a collaborative technical team where your expertise directly influences project success and business growth.
