Your new roleAs a Housing Complaints Officer, you will take ownership of complaints from start to finish, ensuring swift and effective resolution. You'll work closely with tenants, internal teams, and external contractors to provide outstanding customer service and improve the overall tenant experience. This role is pivotal in identifying root causes of complaints and driving continuous service improvements.
