Accountant Welsh SpeakerLocation:County of GwyneddType:Full-Time, PermanentSalary:30,000 - 45,000(DOE)Siamo Recruitment are currently seeking anAccountanton behalf of a well-established and growing Accountancy practice located in the beautiful County of Gwynedd. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team of professionals delivering a high standard of accountancy services to a varied portfolio of local clients.The ability to communicate fluently in Welsh is essential for this position, due to the client base and the nature of the work.This is a fantastic opportunity for a an Accountant looking to excel their career in a supportive and flexible working environment. We will consider candidates who have relevant working experience without the qualifications.Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing end-to-end accountancy servicesPreparing and reviewing statutory accounts, VAT returns, and tax computationsOverseeing bookkeeping, management accounts, and payroll tasks as requiredOffering proactive tax planning and financial advice to clientsUsing and supporting junior staff with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooksSupporting junior team members and contributing to their developmentEnsuring all financial practices comply with current legislation and industry standard The Ideal Candidate: Fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant or relevant experience.Strong practice background with experience managing client accountsProficient in the use of accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)?Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent Welsh speaker essential for engaging with local clientsDetail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team ?Benefits and Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week with flexible hours between 8am6pm)23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysLong-term illness insurance policyFriendly, supportive team environment with regular social eventsOpportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression ?Please call Leah on 01745 887788 or email across your CV to if you are interested or would like some more information on the role.INDWELPRSJBRP1_UKTJ
