FANTASTIC reputation!Meaningful and impactful valuesWest Midlands (need to drive)Hybrid working (2 days per week)Salary 50,000 - 60,000Very competitive benefits packagemulti-million+ Marketing budgetExceptional in house teams including Digital & Paid, Insight & Analytics (huge team), CRO & Product, CRM & Loyalty, Social & Content and Creative.Around 40+ people in marketing with some of the UKs best consumer brands across Retail and Travel.My client are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive growth, increase market share, and deliver impactful brand campaigns within a customer-focused, multi-site environment.In this role, youll lead the development and execution of marketing plans that attract new customers, encourage repeat custom, and increase overall spend. Youll play a key part in shaping both short-term campaigns and longer-term brand innovation, ensuring a compelling and consistent customer experience.Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and position in a competitive market.As Marketing Manger, youll be responsible for:Act as the voice of the customer by analysing behaviours, insights, and market trends to inform strategyPlan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growthSupport the development of annual marketing plans, including events, promotions, and multi-channel communications (online and offline)Work cross-functionally to support long-term brand development and innovationMeasure and evaluate campaign performance, using data to generate insights and improve future activityMonitor competitor activity and wider market trends to identify opportunitiesCollaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality, effective campaignsContribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance brand presence and commercial performanceThe successful candidate must have:Youll bring:Solid marketing experience, ideally within a B2C environment such as retail, travel or FMCGA strong understanding of campaign planning and delivery across multiple channelsAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on delivering resultsDesirable:Experience within hospitality or a multi-site consumer businessExposure to both digital and traditional marketing channelsExperience working with external agenciesA relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
