This is a critical leadership role, partnering with the Chief Executive and senior team to shape strategy, enhance performance, and prepare the organisation for a successful exit, while ensuring it is well positioned for the next phase of growth.nnThe CFO will bring credibility and rigour in a complex stakeholder environment, engaging effectively with the Board, investors, lenders, and public sector partners.
