Clients vary in size and can include SME to global powerhouses and span countries around the World!DescriptionYoull work closely with the wider design team, handling day-to-day amends and updates while maintaining efficiency and precision across a variety of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesRoll out approved designs across multiple formats and channelsManage daily amends, including text and data updatesPrepare and finalise artwork for both digital and print productionResize and adapt assets for different platforms (e.g. social, web, print)Swap and optimise imagery as neededConduct thorough artwork checks (alignment, spacing, typography, accuracy)Ensure all files are print-ready and meet production specificationsCollaborate with designers to maintain consistency and quality across all outputsTypes of Work Youll Be Involved InBrochures and flyersExhibition graphicsPresentationsPostersSocial media assetsWeb ads and digital bannersExperienceWhat Were Looking For Proven experience in an artworker or similar production-focused roleStrong attention to detail and accuracySolid understanding of layout principles (typography, spacing, safe areas, alignment)Experience preparing files for print and digital outputAbility to manage multiple amends and deadlines efficientlyComfortable working in a collaborative studio environmentDesirable SkillsExperience working with presentation software such as PowerPointFamiliarity with handling data-heavy updates or templated layoutsPortfolio RequirementsPlease include examples of layout-focused work, demonstrating:Strong typography and image placementConsistent use of spacing and safe areasClean, well-structured design execution across formatsExamples of both print and digital artwork design.Remuneration25-28k depending on experienceRemote working with occasional travel to their West Midlands studio (you'll need to live within an hour of the office)Artworker, up to 28,000, remote with occasional travel to West Midlands, Permanent
