Maintenance Person

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance person to join our Gosforth Care home, working 20 hours per week, 4 days per week.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.The successful candidate will provide daily repairs and annual preventative maintenance involving some basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and cleaning skills. As well as, building relationships with external contractors and overseeing any minor/major refurbishment or repair work required.Eothen offer a fully funded BUPA cash back scheme to all employees.
