Our Heathrow based Freight client (Air and Road) are looking for Operations Specialist and an Operations Manager to join a busy team. Ops Manager The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational performance across air freight, road freight, AOG, cross-trade and time critical shipments. Managing the UK Operations and 3PL team in London LHR. Experience required 5+ years operational experience in air freight, aviation logistics, AOG, or time-critical freight. Strong BoxTop or similar FMS experience. Ops Specialist Manage and oversee time-critical shipments (AOG, NFO, hand-carry, engines, APUs, parts, spares). Coordinate with airlines, handlers, agents, and ground transport partners to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
