Job DescriptionThe OpportunityAre you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing a building that hosts key stakeholders and multi-agencies? We're looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.What You'll Do:Oversee Operations: Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering (where applicable), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.Ensure Safety: Conduct fire and security walk rounds, promptly addressing and logging any issues.Be the Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and multi-agencies, maintaining clear and regular communication via email, mail, and telephone.Health & Safety: Perform general health and safety duties, including risk assessments and compliance with statutory and non-statutory site requirements.Security Awareness: Maintain a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.Ideal CandidateAccurate, diligent, self-motivated, focused, and reliable.The ability to multitask effectively and prioritise workload.A collaborative working spirit that enhances and builds effective working relationships both internally and externally.Ability to work under pressure.Possess a communication style that allows positive and open dialogue with users and multi-agencies.Motivate and lead a small team during the shift.
