Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION ORGANIZATION STRUCTUREBusiness: Plaza Premium Lounge (UK) LimitedPosition: Procurement Executive (Operation Procurement)Department: Finance Reporting to: Procurement ManagerJOB SCOPEResponsible for the entire procurement activities from strategic planning to implementation of analysis, pricing, selection, delivery and risk mitigation for existing / new airport Lounges, Hotels outlets in UK. Conduct the acquisition and evaluation of proposals for products, systems and services on group-wide basis with stakeholders to achieve optimal results in quality, total cost, and completion time. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a business partner to Business Unit key stakeholders by identifying their critical business requirements and providing Sourcing & Procurement services to meet/exceed their expectationsBuild/establish strategic relationships with key suppliers to drive enhanced value and innovationProvide rigorous cost and market analysis following the models established by Strategic Sourcing focusing on the total cost of ownershipPrepare for and execute clear, structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing processManage e-Procurement catalog content development, coordinated with International and Global teamsProvide and lead Strategic procurement services that provide low cost/best value to constituents while considering impact on operations, customers and competitorsImplement cost effective technologies to increase transaction efficiencies and drive down overall cost of procurementEnsure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groupsIdentify, develop and deploy best practice supplier management, procurement and supply chain practicesDrive internal skill/capability development to broaden and build staff skill setsInstitutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performanceResponsible for the creation and execution of annual operating plans and strategic sourcing plan.Work with finance and business teams to have an annual and long-term plans and strategy for the requisite categoriesEnsure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are established, tracked and achievedDemonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances JOB REQUIREMENTS:Experience and Professional Qualifications Required4+ years relevant working experience in leading Sourcing & Procurement organization, Hospitality, Co-working, F&B Industry, Technology or service-oriented company are preferred.Diploma or degree in Business or FinanceCPM, CIPs, EIPM or similar certification is preferableInternal/external business consulting experience desiredExperience working a multinational environment Experience in managing a cross functional teamSkills RequiredFluent in EnglishExcellent stakeholder influencing skillsAdvanced analytical skills to support complex financial modelingExperience in problem solving and analytical methods is criticalStrong written and communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsCategory Management expertiseExperience with CheckSCM or other ERP (e.g. SAP, ARIBA, Coupa)Strong expertise in using MS Office, Word, Excel & PowerPointAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to interact with employees at all levelsAbility/desire to work in a multi-cultural, multi territory environmentCompetencies RequiredThinks StrategicallyDevelops clear and consistent strategies to achieve the visionLeverages synergy opportunities across functions and businessesExamines issues from a broad perspective, considering impact beyond immediate scopeStays current on business issues, industry trends, and technology advancesThinks Builds RelationshipsEngages colleagues across the organization to optimize performanceManages the needs of diverse stakeholdersFacilitates win-win situationsCommunicates EffectivelyObtains full engagement through inspiring communicationsProvides appropriate rationale and context to drive commitmentEffectively persuades others to support ideas and plansListens and asks questions to ensure understandingDrives ResultsTranslates strategy into specific priorities, objectives, and action plansManages projects, processes and resources to produce desired outcomesUses technology to facilitate better resultsAnalyses data and information to drive decisionsInspires Creativity and Innovation rives Proactively looks for new opportunitiesTransfers ideas and successes across boundaries Challenges the status quo Champions ChangeArticulates a compelling business case for changeSupports new initiativesDemonstrate flexibility in response to changes Builds TeamsProvides challenging work assignments and developmental opportunities Recognises and rewards the achievements of othersExhibits Professional ExcellencePursues excellence with integrity, passion and courageShows consistency in words and actionsTreats others with respect
