Hours: 37.5 per week Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential Visa Sponsorships: Not available An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Service Manager to help lead our brand-new supported living homes, set to open following building completion in January 2026. What Youll Need Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) and ability to produce written reports Previous experience working within a PBS framework would be an advantage Experience in assisting with managing and assessing new people to support A valid manual UK driving licence The legal right to live and work in the UK Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, or willingness to undertake. Statutory guidance & CQC regulations exposure Adeep understanding of regulatory standards for supported living Up to date knowledge of Health and safety legislation ?? What Youll Be Doing Assist the service manager to ensure that everyone receives high quality support, the people we support and the team supporting them. Including rota management, staff supervisions, training new team members and supporting the team to complete support plans and risk assessments. Champion skilful interactions, person-centred planning and partnership working, both with the people we support, their families and specialist support teams. Planning and implementing professionally designed support plans that genuinely improve the quality of everyday life. Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference ??
