Assistant Production Manager

Assistant Production Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join a very well established team. Our client is a global leader in the food manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity, offering stability and the chance to grow within an expanding company. This will be a very hands on role working on the shop floor. This will be a temp perm role for the right candidate Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and manage team leaders and over see the shopfloor staff Set and manage production targets Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders and Shift Managers for smooth operations Support team development through training and upskilling Conduct safety and food safety investigations as needed Manage team performance through regular reviews and support improvement initiatives Responisble for issuing and making sure production plans are met Organize staffing to cover holidays and absences effectively Oversee daily and weekly staffing, performance and KPI's Experience Required : Must have a Minimum of 2 - 3 years Experience in a Production Management Role Experience in a production or manufacturing environment Previous leadership experience in a similar role Hours of work : - Monday Friday 7.30am- 17.00pm Pay Rate 19 plus per hour depending on Experince If you are available immediately please apply on line in first instance TPBN1_UKTJ
