The Role You will act as a trusted advisor across the business, handling a broad range of complex commercial and contractual matters, including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-value contracts such as supply agreements, customer contracts, and international engineering/manufacturing agreements. Supporting the full contract lifecycle – from RFP through to contract award and execution. Collaborating closely with Commercial and Procurement teams to enhance strategic relationships with partners and suppliers. Developing and rolling out legal, contract management, and compliance policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate Profile UK qualified solicitor with 4-8 years’ PQE. Significant in-house commercial experience, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sector. Strong understanding of international trade, intellectual property, and product design/manufacturing contracts. Commercially astute, pragmatic, and proactive in your approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships and influence at all levels.
