Project Manager - Architectural/CDM

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well respected Practice in Wakefield. You will preferable come from a Architectural or Building Surveying background.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.You will have experience working within a UK Design Practice for at least 4 years.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing and successful consultancy who have recently taken on new and exciting construction developments which have created further expansions within their team.Basic Architectural Technician duties will apply with the addition of numerous PM/CDM duties for example:Planning/ technical drawings in AutoCADPlanning application submissions and liaisonBuilding regulations submissions and liaisonTravelling to construction sites and carrying out measured surveys, taking client briefPreparing tender and contract documents for JCT building contractsContract administration of JCT contractsFulfilling Designer and Principal Designer duties under the CDM RegulationsIf you can see your career moving forward in this direction please get in touch to discuss further. xjdpvnf Salary is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
