Job Title: Multisite Service Manager Location: Wembley, Greater London Salary: 34,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person About Us Salisbury Support 4 Autism Ltd provides specialist support services for adults with Autism and other complex needs. Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we support, many of whom display behaviours that challenge. We are now recruiting for a Multisite Service Manager to oversee three supported living homes , all located on the same street in Wembley, Greater London . This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with responsibility across multiple sites, while still being part of a close-knit, local team. About the Role This is a key management position within an established service. Each supported living home has a Deputy Manager in post, and you will work closely with them and the Operations Lead to ensure a high standard of care and service delivery across all three homes. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across three supported living homes Provide effective leadership and support to Deputy Managers and front-line staff Ensure care is delivered in a person-centred, safe, and compliant manner Maintain and enhance quality of life for all individuals supported Manage risk and respond effectively to incidents involving behaviours that challenge Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes Ensure proper use and maintenance of service vehicles, including driving when required Essential Skills & Experience NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' experience managing supported living or other adult social care services At least 2 years experience supporting individuals with Autism Experience in managing or supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge A full UK Manual Driving Licence (required) Benefits Performance-based bonus scheme Casual dress policy Employee referral programme Staff discount scheme Comprehensive in-house training On-site parking Working Hours Full-time, permanent position Flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and occasional overtime 8-hour standard shifts (with flexibility required) Work Authorisation Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom TPBN1_UKTJ
