Monitor supplier performance in key areas such as pricing, service levels, and product quality. Work with planning and stock control to ensure continuity of supply. Keep an eye on global market trends and negotiate competitive prices, providing cost forecasts for both current and developing products. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through price improvement plans. Understand and communicate raw material usage, availability, shelf life, and minimum order quantities to support commercial feasibility. Support the New Product Development (NPD) team by sourcing new ingredients and raw materials. Manage supplier tenders and contract negotiations to secure the best terms and long-term value.Why Join?
