Enjoy a 4-day working week with continental shift patterns: 2 day shifts (7:00am 7:00pm) 2 night shifts (7:00pm 7:00am) Followed by 4 days off Key Responsibilities As a skilled Flexographic Printer , you will be responsible for: Setting up and operating 8-colour flexographic printing presses Monitoring print quality and ensuring consistent output Adjusting press settings to maximise efficiency and minimise waste Identifying and resolving print faults quickly and effectively Managing ink levels and recording accurate production data Reporting defects using the print management system Supporting continuous improvement and training within the team Following all site procedures and maintaining high standards of housekeeping_Experience operating __ Windmller & Hlscher _ _and/or __ Comexi _ _presses is desirable, but not essential._ Salary & Benefits Annual salary : up to 41,736.24 (depending on experience) plus overtime. Overtime available at time and a half Joining incentive for qualified printers. Additional benefits include:Joining incentive of up to 3000.
