In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements, ensuring all products meet specification expectations. On top of this, you will be responsible for coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards. You will also be responsible for completing audits, ensuring compliance, as well as customer and stakeholder management/liaison. Finally, you will be responsible for supporting the QA team in relation to any quality deviations. The ideal Quality Manager or similar will have previous working experience in a QM role or a similar position. In addition, you will also have a background within the Automotive/Diecast/Engineering Manufacturing industry or a related field. On top of this, you will have a proficient knowledge and ideally working experience within Diecasting and its processes. Ideally, you will have experience inspecting to ISO/IATF standards. Finally, you will have strong organisational, analytical, and communicational skills, with the confidence to work both as part of a team, and autonomously.
