Production Operative

Production Operator Wellington, Somerset Temp to Perm gap personnel are looking for reliable Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in Wellington, Somerset. This role involves operating, feeding, and stacking machinery to produce high-quality products while meeting production targets and maintaining health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery efficiently and safely. Carry out quality checks and support maintenance activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace. Work as part of a team and support colleagues where needed. Assist with forklift duties, loading machines, and handling materials. Requirements: Positive attitude, reliable, and team oriented. Good timekeeping and basic literacy and numeracy. Willingness to learn and follow procedures. Previous production or machine experience is desirable but not essential.
