This role is focused on helping clients grow by leveraging a full suite of marketing tools from lead generation to co-branded content rather than just selling products. You'll act as the link between customers and internal teams, ensuring our partners gain real value from our brand.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and growthHelp clients maximize marketing tools including brochures, POS material, digital assets, and partner benefitsDeliver training and support on systems and resourcesTailor marketing solutions to suit individual client needsManage updates, campaigns, and available collateralIdentify content opportunities (e.g. case studies, photography) for joint marketing useReport on customer interactions and ensure internal follow-upMaintain and update the marketing portalMonitor engagement and track marketing impactFeed customer insights into ongoing improvementsAdjust tone and approach for B2B and B2C audiencesWhat Were Looking For:Strong relationship-building and communication skillsBackground in marketing, customer success, or account managementOrganised, proactive, and results-orientedComfortable with basic data analysis and reportingConfident presenting to varied audiencesCollaborative mindset, with ability to work cross-functionally
