A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.The Role:You'll be responsible for growing sales across the Yorkshire and North East region by developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and working closely with both internal teams and manufacturing partners.Key Responsibilities:Drive regional sales growth through new business development and account managementArrange and attend on-site and remote customer meetingsCollaborate with partner manufacturers to target strategic industries and key accountsWork closely with the internal sales team to generate leads and opportunitiesBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing prospects through to orderKeep CRM systems up to date with activity, leads, and follow-upsComplete ongoing product and manufacturer training to maintain technical expertiseAbout You:Motivated, self-starting sales professional with a strong customer focusProven experience in external or technical salesStrong knowledge of motor control gear, variable speed drives, and/or PLCs (highly desirable)Well organised with excellent time management skillsClear xjdpvnf and confident communicator, able to explain technical and commercial conceptsTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsWilling to go the extra mile when requiredFull UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus24 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany carLaptop and mobile phoneComprehensive product training and ongoing development opportunities
