OptionalProven experience in sales management within the manufacturing or engineering industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business value.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred AttributesExperience with metal presswork, forming, and toolmaking processes.Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.Existing network within relevant industries such as automotive, construction, or energy.Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
