With our Head Office in South Oxfordshire and additional production facilities in Denver, Colorado, we offer truly global opportunities for ambitious professionals looking to grow in the exhibition and events industry.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Project Manager to join our established project management team. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering bespoke exhibition stands from concept through to installation, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage exhibition stand projects from initial brief through to final deliveryDevelop detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelinesCoordinate with designers, contractors, venues, and fabrication teamsManage procurement, supplier negotiations, and contract deliveryOversee onsite exhibition builds, installations, and dismantlingEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and venue requirementsTrack project risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentumAct as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partnersMonitor quality control to ensure high creative and technical standardsPrepare project documentation, reports, and post-project evaluationsReview budgets in line with reconciliations and financial reportingThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional projects.
