With new clinic fit outs scheduled throughout 2026, they are strengthening their Facilities & Maintenance division with an experienced Joiner / Site Lead to support and manage small-scale build, maintenance and fit-out projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking employer with a national footprint and a strong pipeline of work. Your new roleAs the Joiner / Site Lead, you'll take responsibility for leading small teams of joiners on site, coordinating day-to-day works, and ensuring high-quality delivery across maintenance and fit-out projects. This is a hand on leadership position involving: Leading small teams onsite for construction, fit-out and refurbishment activities Delivering 1st & 2nd fix joinery, dry lining, ceilings and general fit out Raising material requisitions and managing stock levels Supporting subcontractors on preventative and reactive maintenance Ensuring compliance with Building & Planning regulations Conducting monthly site walk arounds and H&S checks Completing weekly job sheets for scheduling Liaising with the Facilities Supervisor daily/weekly to prioritise workloads You'll work mainly around London initially, with regular travel to additional UK & Ireland sites. Accommodation is provided when travel is required, and a company van is issued for material transport.
