We are looking to recruit an experienced DomesticElectrician qualified to: 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent electrician qualification) BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations for 18th Edition 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing. The job requiresworkingbetween 8amto 5pmeveryFriday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. This will include whenever these days fall on public holidays. The job is to cover Emergency Call-Outs (ECOs) Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a hands-on understanding of the work we do. We work insocial housingand providereactive repairsfor local authorities and housing associations. The job requires work and travel across North and North West London. Experienced Electrician: The role is to: Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job Requirements for Job: Full valid UK manual driving licence (Not EU or automatic licence) Own tools Experience of working in social housing preferred DBS certificate Available to workFriday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday every week including when these days fall on public holidays.
