Electrical Supervisor

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a commercial retrofit project operating during evening hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site electrical works, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors on-siteCoordinate daily activities to meet project deadlinesConduct quality checks and ensure installations meet required standardsLiaise with site managers, project managers, and clientsMaintain up-to-date site documentation and reportsEnforce health & safety protocols and company policiesRequirements:Proven experience supervising electrical work on commercial projectsECS Gold Card or relevant electrical qualificationsSSSTS / SMSTSStrong understanding of commercial retrofit systemsAble to work independently and manage a teamExcellent communication and leadership skillsMust be eligible for or able to obtain a DBS check4 PM 1 AM shift
