Regeneration Project DirectorCompetitive salary + benefitsLondon SE1 7JBWe’re looking for an accomplished and visionaryProject Directorto lead the delivery of the Holloway Park residential development. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, ensuring the successful delivery of each phase on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Peabody is delivering one of London’s most ambitious regeneration schemes at the former Holloway Prison site. This mixed-use development will transform the area with over 1,000 new homes, community spaces, and public realm improvements. The first phase—comprising over 400 apartments—is currently under construction and due for completion in April 2028.
