Our client is looking for a confident Block Manager to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes. This role offers the chance to work with a leading brand while building your own professional profile. As their new Block Manager, youll take ownership of a varied portfolio spanning across Herts, Beds and London. Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include: Preparing and managing service charge budgets Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance Attending AGMs and residents meetings Liaising with Leaseholders, Freeholders, RMC Directors and contractors Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service The ideal candidate will have: Experience in residential block/estate management Ideally ATPI status, but just a willingness to work towards this will be considered Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Confidence in setting budgets, chairing AGMs and managing Section 20 processes For more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Connectus Recruitment team.
