Back of House Supervisor

Were looking for a proactive and detail-focused Back of House Supervisor to support the smooth running of all behind-the-scenes areas within our luxury five-star venue. Youll play a key role in ensuring all back of house spaces are kept clean, tidy, hygienic and well-organised, while leading and motivating a dedicated team of Kitchen Porters. What youll be doing: Supervising the Kitchen Porter team, including training, daily workload management and rota planning. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all back of house areas. Ensuring compliance with PPE, COSHH and safe use of cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals. Working closely with all hotel departments to support smooth operations. Taking a hands-on approach, leading by example and stepping in to help where needed. About you: Previous supervisory experience within a kitchen or back of house environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of COSHH, PPE and safe handling of cleaning products/equipment. Flexible and reliable, able to adapt working hours to support business needs.
