This role involves: Full plans assessment against Building Regulations Managing amendments and clearing conditions Working with designers, contractors and developers Maintaining high standards under ISO 9001 Supporting continuous service improvement Ideally you will have solid Approved Inspector experience, confidence working independently, and the ability to apply legislation with clarity and consistency.
