Job Title: Chiller Engineer (All-Rounder) Location: Midlands / South West (Open to candidates South of the Midlands willing to travel) Salary: Negotiable based on experience Holiday: 25 days per year Benefits: Transit van, Fieldpiece tools supplied, Career progression opportunities About the Role We are looking for a capable, experienced Chiller Engineer to join our growing, hands-on team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day and is happy to turn their hand to a range of equipment not just chillers. Turbocor experience would be a strong advantage, but not essential. This role requires someone who is reliable, experienced, and happy to travel as needed. While the main focus is on chillers, our work covers a range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are key. This position wouldnt be ideal for someone looking to limit their travel or with heavy home commitments. Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and repair of various chiller systems (Turbocor knowledge a plus) Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment Work independently and as part of a team on both planned and reactive maintenance Willingness to travel across regions as required (predominantly South of the Midlands) Provide occasional support to callout rota (to be formalised) Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service Contribute to a positive, no-nonsense team culture Requirements Minimum 510 years hands-on experience in HVAC/chiller engineering Time-served apprenticeship preferred F-Gas 2079 Category 1 qualified (essential) Full UK driving licence Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills No drama, no prima donnas were a team and its all hands on deck when needed Willingness to work flexibly and travel as the job demands Right to work in the UK What We Offer Negotiable salary based on experience and skillset 25 days holiday Company Transit van Fieldpiece tools provided Strong prospects for progression as the company continues to grow A supportive, hands-on team environment If you're an experienced Chiller Engineer who enjoys variety, thrives in a no-ego environment, and wants to be part of something growing fast wed love to hear from you.
