Voids Supervisor

Void Supervisor Full Time Permanent Watford Area (including Bushey & Northwood) 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We're seeking a dynamic and driven Void Supervisor to oversee responsive repairs and void works across a key housing maintenance contract in the South of England. About the Role You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation, managing service partners and subcontractors to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you'll monitor performance, drive efficiency, and ensure operational excellence.
