Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a high-growth company within the FMCG sector for the role of Learning & Management Development Lead. ROLE OVERVIEWLocation: Watford - HybridPackage: 60,000 - 70,000 + Incredible Benefits!Industry: FMCGWhat youll be doing:Design and deliver scalable leadership development programmes, incorporating workshops, coaching, and peer learning to build management capability across the organisationCreate and maintain a centralised, self-serve resource hub - including toolkits, guides, and playbooks, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone of voice throughoutCollaborate closely with People Business Partners and Internal Communications to embed learning into team culture and drive adoption across the wider businessContinuously evaluate programme impact and adapt content and delivery using agile methodologies to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and maximise effectivenessMain Skills/ Requirements:Proven track record of building management capability in fast-paced, commercial environments, with hands-on experience designing and implementing leadership development programmesSkilled in creating and delivering scalable learning solutions, including the facilitation of workshops and coaching sessionsStrong experience leading L&D initiatives targeted at management-level employees, driving measurable impact and engagementConfident in using Microsoft tools (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Learning) and digital learning platforms, with the ability to curate, manage, and maintain high-quality self-serve learning contentDriven and ambitious, with a growth mindset and a strong desire to develop and progress within a dynamic organisationHow youll be rewarded:High pension contribution of up to 8.5%26 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + 2 additional days per yearPrivate MedicalLife AssuranceExcellent benefits including Wellness allowance, Health assessments, Financial coaching, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity + many more!Opportunity to work for a global leading organisationThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Management Development Lead to join a leading company that are driven towards success!For further information on this Learning & Management Development Lead position, apply below!We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
