Niyaa People are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Watford who are looking for a Compliance Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities of the Compliance Contracts Manager role: Manage compliance contracts from procurement to performance monitoring Act as a compliance expert on Fire, Gas, Asbestos and Electrical Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards Key skills needed for a Compliance Contracts Manager: Experience managing compliance contracts Knowledge of big 6 of compliance such as Fire, Gas, Electrical and asbestos Driving licence and DBS check required Benefits of the Compliance Contracts Manager role: 45,000 to 50,000 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Up to 11% employer pension contribution Access to rewards and benefits Career progression and development opportunities We are keen to see CV's from Compliance Contracts manager, Compliance Lead and Contracts Manager.
