As well as domestic water efficiency work (which includes leak fixes, water saving device installation and education) we also support high-footfall businesses clients including sports stadiums, schools, colleges, universities, leisure centres, holiday parks, army barracks and many more.About the RoleYoull play a key role in reducing water waste by repairing and maintaining internal plumbing systems such as taps, toilets, valves, and overflowsworking exclusively with freshwater systems in commercial, educational, and domestic buildings.What We OfferGuaranteed work close to home with no on-call responsibilities.Company van, fuel card, and tools provided.Freshwater work only no wastewater jobsRegular weekday hours 8am-4pm no weekend shifts25 days holiday + public holidaysHealth Cash Plan, 24-hour health helpline & Employee Assistance ProgrammePERKS discount scheme and salary sacrifice options (e.g. cycle to work, pension)Family-friendly policies for better work-life balanceFast-track promotion opportunities to team leader/manager roles.Who Were Looking ForWere seeking qualified, hands-on professionals with great people skills and a passion for saving water.City & Guilds Plumbing Domestic Heating (6189) or equivalent Level 2/3 NVQFull clean UK driving licence.Proficient with digital tools and systems (iPads and Salesforce, but training provided)Experience in manual trades or home repairStrong communication skills able to engage a diverse customer base.Practical problem-solving abilityAwareness of water-saving practicesA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.About UsGroundwork South is a passionate, forward-thinking organisation with a strong track record of environmental and community projects.
