In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.Duties will includeClinical service to wardsStock controlProcurementPatient counselling Medicines management for the hospitalAdherence to medicines management policies and procedures and other associated pharmaceutical duties. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be patient focused. Applications are welcomed from hospital pharmacists, community pharmacists and primary care pharmacists.
