Youll manage an established portfolio of customers, helping them with orders, support, and general inquiries, while identifying opportunities to upsell and grow the business. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Processing customer orders via phone, email, and our website Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Achieving sales targets, upselling (no cold calling required!)
