With over 50 years experience, a network of locations, experienced staff combined with modern I.T. and fleet provide our customers with superior service for all their logistics needs.About the roleThese are demanding roles which requires computer knowledge, a positive attitude, skill to problem solve and the ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure.Initially you will learn how a transport office functions; the successful applicants will be using a bespoke traffic system as well as internet-based customer programmes. Booking orders, raising worksheets, KPIs, dealing with customers and drivers will be a key part of the role.Once you have mastered the basics, its time to move on to planning, the planning function is crucial to maintain the extremely high standards we offer to our customers.
